Service details, timeline, and deliverables are defined in project proposals, statements of work, or written communication.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
• Provide required access, credentials, assets, and content in agreed time.
• Ensure legal rights to any content, media, brand assets, or data supplied to us.

4. Payments and Billing

• Payment terms are defined in each proposal or invoice.
• Work may begin after advance payment (if applicable) is received.
• Delayed payments may delay delivery timelines or pause work.

5. Revisions and Change Requests

Revisions included in scope are handled as per proposal. Requests outside approved scope are treated as change requests and may require timeline and cost adjustment.

6. Delivery, Hosting, and Third-Party Tools

We deliver projects based on agreed milestones. If hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, or third-party services are used, their availability, pricing, and policy changes remain under respective providers.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rainbow IT Hub retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable development components.

8. Warranties and Liability

Services are provided with professional care and industry best practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainbow IT Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered work or third-party services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
